Pre-Claim Check: Mobo International is authorized to check any uncovered damages or unauthorized repair by opening the handset before accepting it for warranty claim.
Loss of Data:
it is the sole responsibility of the customer to take the back-up of all the phone data including phone book before submitting it for servicing. Mobo International is not responsible for the data loss and cannot guarantee for saving the data.
Warranty Void:
warranty of your handset become void if: (a) the handset is exposed to any liquid / moisture , (b) the handset is physically damaged, (c) the circuit burn because of variable voltages, (d) the handset is previously been opened or serviced anywhere other than any Mobo International customer Care Center, (e) if the warranty seal is broken or tempered.
Repair/ Return Time:
due to any technical or unforeseen reasons , the repair / delivery of the handset may be delayed.
No Liability for consequential damage: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. in no event shall Mobo International or its owner, management or suppliers be liable for any damages
whatsoever(ibcluding) without limitation damages for loss of profits, business interruptions, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss arising out of inability to use this transceiver.
Estimated Cost:
Every effort is made to give an accurate estimate however , the actual repair charges may vary depending upon the parts used and repair time.
Warranty Claim:
All customers are required to present original invoice to be able to submit the limited warranty claim.
warranty Exclusions:
Damages caused by non genuine accessories or any other accessory/ equipment, which is not integral part of the mobile phone may make the warranty void.
Within the Warranty period: In the event of a manufacturing defect which is incapable of repair, only th radio module or main PCB will be replaced. There will not by any replacement of
casing, box and other accessories. this term applies only for claims made under Mobo International’s warranty.
Owner’s Responsibility & Risk:
it is the customer’s responsibility to inform whether the phone has been blocked by CPLC / PTA/ law Enforcement Agencies. Mobo International will not accept such phones or will return the phone within being serviced.
-Although Mobo International use technicians of the highest caliber, unfortunately, unavoidable damage may occur during repairs or handset may become dead / in-operational. Mobo International takes no responsibilty
for such occurrence to any handset whether non warranty or its warranty is cancelled / void. Mobo International will not be held liable for any loss if the handset is not collected within 30 days
-it is the policy of Mobo International to demand original receipt (repair Order) at the time of the collection/Delivery.
**All non warranty repairs are covered under 60 days warranty for the specific repair undertaken excludes all cases where the warranty was void / cancelled.
